No guarantees
Search engine rankings and advertising results are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
Intellectual property
Website content, design and logo are the property of Partner Page. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client. Deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partner Page is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Aiken County, South Carolina.
