Monthly services
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice sent to our email. Fees for the current billing month are non-refundable once work has begun.
First-month satisfaction
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your first paid month, contact us and we will refund 50% of that month’s fee.
One-time projects
Website and design projects require a 50% deposit. Deposits are refundable only if work has not started.
Advertising spend
Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms and is not refundable by Partner Page.
